Find your size
Measure from heel to longest toe on a hard, flat surface. If the wearer can stand, measure with weight on the foot so it spreads naturally. Match that measurement to the foot length column in the charts below; all measurements are in inches.
Foot length and sole length are different. The charts already show the matching sole length, so you do not need to add extra before using the foot-length column. Ages and familiar shoe sizes are guides only; measuring is the best place to start.

Prefer to choose by sole length?
For standard sizes, add about 3/8 inch to the measured foot length for a normal fit with room to grow. Our fit guidance allows 1/4 inch for a snug fit and up to 1/2 inch for more growing room. For narrower feet, use about 1/4 to 3/8 inch; for wider feet, about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. Compare that total with the sole length column, not the foot-length column.
For example, a foot measuring 4.2 inches can use the size 2 sole length of 4.5 inches with about 0.3 inch of extra room. If you are between sizes or unsure about width, contact us before ordering.
Extended sizes: kids 1.5 through men’s 12

For extended sizes, the adult measurements pair foot length with a sole that is 1/4 inch longer. That allowance is already included in the chart; do not add it a second time when choosing by foot length. For fit or width questions, please contact us.

Print on US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches) at 100% / Actual size. Turn off “Fit to page” and “Shrink to fit.” Before measuring, use a ruler to confirm that the check bar measures exactly 2 inches.

This chart is a photo guide, not an exact color match. Screen settings, photography lighting, and natural differences between leather batches can affect how a shade looks. Variations in grain and texture are part of the character of real leather.
Some shades appear under more than one name in our listings: Barley / Flax and Sepia / Russet are shown together in the chart. Use the color name shown on the product you are ordering.
