Q: Exchanges

I will do exchanges for different sizes or colors if they have not been worn, but you must pay for the re-shipping costs($3). I want you to be completely satisfied so please let me know if you have any questions. NO refunds or exchanges on Special Order items or ones with add on soles . No refunds or Exchanges on Sale items

Q: Returns

I hope this never happens but-If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will give a  refund -minus the shipping/restocking fee of $5 PER PAIR .No returns or exchanges after 30 days.NO refunds or exchanges on Special Order items or shoes with add on soles because those are made to order.No refunds or Exchanges on Sale items

Q: what size should I order?

SIZING INFO: Ages are just an estimate. Best way to find the correct size: Measure baby/child foot on flat hard surface. Order 1/2” inch bigger for wiggle and room to grow. Length of sole measurements from outside of shoes. Please look closely at sizing chart to select correct size prior to ordering.t  NEW STARRY KNIGHT SIZE CHART: measure foot on hard flat surface and add 1/2"(little less for narrow or slightly more wide)to measurement to get correct SOLE LENGTH.

Q: Lost/Stolen Package, Incorrect Address
